New year, new app, new goals !

What's up everyone ! Hope everyone is enjoying the start to there new year ! And with a new year comes a new start with new goals and new lifestyles that everyone is starting to work on. Knowing that 70% of everyone's goals are to get fit/lose weight. Here is a great FREE app that helps you Keep track of your weight goals. Its called Lose It !.
 This app shows how many calories that are in certain foods you've eaten throughout the day in the add food data base. It also has a database for the exercises you do throughout the day and let's you know exactly how many calories you have burned from that. As well it tells you how many calories you should be consuming in order to meet your goals.
 after your week you can go ahead and punch in your weight to see your progress in the goals tab. Hope everyone enjoys the app and good luck with your new years resolutions !
